Kitchen install process
Please call our office or email [email protected] with a dimensional floor plan. If you don't have one, we can arrange to meet with you on site to measure your existing space.
Meet with one of our skilled designers to discuss your design, and options to suit your style and your budget.
Take some time to consider the plans and quote. If you are happy with it, we will invoice you for the deposit.
Your designer will meet with you in our showroom to finalise the colours, materials, hardware and accessories that you want, and you can share the model numbers for your new and existing appliances with us.
Once the plan is final, our project manager will organise the installation date and a final site measure to ensure your cabinetry and benchtops fit perfectly.
We manufacture your new kitchen in our factory ready to deliver to the site approximately four weeks after the final measurement. This time can vary depending on the scope of work, the materials selected, finishes and our factory workload.
Your second payment (progress payment for stone or final for laminate benchtops), is due before we dispatch your cabinetry.
Once your kitchen arrives on site, your installer will fit the new cabinetry and any laminate benchtops. For stone tops and any splashbacks we provide, the install includes a temporary template that stays in place until we fit them approximately two to three weeks after the cabinetry. (Final payment for stone tops will be due after this install)
*Something to think about for renovations
You will need to organise your own sub-contractors as these are outside our scope of work.
You will need a plumber to disconnect and reconnect your sinks and in some cases shift plumbing and ducting.
You may need an electrician to ensure the power and lighting work in your new design.
Removing and disposing of your existing cabinetry and benchtops is also not included in your quote.
CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR FRESH NEW SPACE!
